You accept that over the coming months there is the risk of further Government travel restrictions due to Covid-19. In choosing to book a holiday in Rock Ville you agree and acknowledge that there is an increased risk of you being unable to take the holiday on that date due to ongoing or new travel restrictions from the government due to Covid-19. You are booking in the knowledge that we may not be able to honour the original date requested for your booking.
For peace of mind, for bookings made under these Covid-19 terms that are cancelled because of Covid-19 restrictions we will try to offer alternative dates where possible or a refund of all monies paid.
To reduce your risks and give extra flexibility we have changed the balance due date from eight weeks to three weeks before the start date.
In the event of a cancellation,due to any reason other than Covid-19 restrictions up to 3 weeks prior to the arrival date, the deposit/administration fee will only be refunded if we are able to subsequently re-let the cancelled period. Any cancellation made within 3 weeks of the arrival date due to any reason other than Covid-19 restrictions, will result in the total loss of the full amount of the booking unless the cancelled period can be re-let. Any discounts made to facilitate the reletting will be retained from any refunded amounts. We strongly advise, as we have always done, and EXPECT that all guests have valid travel insurance for their holidays.
To reassure guests we will endeavour to follow government advice regarding changeover, key collection, and enhanced cleaning best practice to help reduce risk where possible and provide a safer environment for guests.
The booking rental period runs from 4p.m. on the day of arrival until 10a.m. on the day of departure. Week breaks are from Friday to Friday in Rock Ville. Short breaks and full week bookings are from 4p.m. on day of arrival until 10a.m. on the day of departure. There may be occasions when these times can be altered.
When booking please telephone to check that dates required are available. We will hold the requested dates for 5 working days until we receive your completed booking form and deposit/administration fee that is £200 per week or short break booked.
Our prices and availability are updated automatically when bookings are made on-line. However, please be aware that we also take bookings in person and by telephone, so there may very occasionally be brief periods when availability is not entirely up to date. All on-line bookings are therefore subject to confirmation. Our prices and availability are shown for guidance only and may be amended at any time.
A firm booking will be made on receipt of a completed booking form and a £200 deposit/administration fee. The hirer is then liable for payment of the balance amount 3 weeks prior to the arrival date. In the event of a booking being made within 3 weeks of the arrival date the full amount will be due at time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation up to 3 weeks prior to the arrival date, the deposit/administration fee will only be refunded if we are able to subsequently re-let the cancelled period. If for any reason the accommodation is not available to you on the dates booked due to events beyond our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to find alternative accommodation. If suitable accommodation is not available, then all sums paid by the hirer will be refunded. Rock Ville will have no further liability to the hirer or any other party.
We reserve the right to refuse to hand over the accommodation to anyone who, in our opinion, is not suitable to take charge of the property- in any such case all moneys shall be refunded, and the contract terminated without further liability. We also reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time or remove any person or persons due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or causing or likely to cause annoyance or offence to other guests or neighbours. In such a case any refund would be entirely at the discretion of Rock Ville.
Guests will be responsible for making good any damage caused to the property during their occupation whether caused wilfully or not and for replacing any article of furniture or equipment that may be damaged or lost.
Your accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Please ensure the property is in the same condition when you vacate the premises.
It is not possible to accommodate more than 6 people in Rock Ville and only those guests named at the time of booking will be accepted unless prior agreement has been made. You can be asked to leave if this condition is broken.
Rock Ville is a Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping premises.
1 well behaved, housetrained pet welcome but must not be left in the premises unattended.
Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rate.
Personal property of hirers occupying accommodation is not the responsibility of Rock Ville. Vehicles and property are left at your own risk.
Guests must assess risk and accept responsibility for their own and their children’s safety. Baby equipment, play equipment, and children’s safety equipment must be used at your own risk.
Only one special offer can apply to each holiday booked and to full weeks only.
We can enter the property without permission to undertake maintenance repairs and duties.
As a guest at this premises (Rock Ville) using the broadband facilities, I agree that I will not use the service for unlawful or illegal purpose
